Step 1 – Getting started is easy!  Simply contact Wagg’nPurr Pet Sitters.

Call us at 512-484-5570, or email us at waggnpurr@gmail.com and we’ll follow up with a phone call at a time that is convenient to you. During our initial conversation, we’d like to hear all about your furry babies and their schedules and individual needs. As a result of our initial discussion, we’ll create a Personalized Daily Routine for your pets.

Step 2 – We want to get to know your pets. Start by setting up your Pets’ Profiles.

Please register and set up your Pet Profiles on our website. Although this step is quick and easy, we encourage you to share as much information about your cutie pies as possible. After all, the more information we have, the better we can take care of your pets! 

Step 3 – Receive your complimentary Meet and Greet.

After speaking with you and setting up a Personalized Daily Routine for your pets, we will arrange for your primary pet sitter to call and schedule your complimentary Meet and Greet with you and your family – including the four-legged members. The Meet and Greet takes about 30 minutes and is the perfect chance for you and your pets to get familiar with your Wagg’nPurr Pet Sitter.

During the Meet and Greet, our professional sitter will come to your home to meet you and your pets. Starting with the information you previously provided in your online registration and Pet Profiles, together we will note detailed instructions on your pets' care, feeding, and medications. We will also get to know their personalities, habits, favorite activities, dislikes – everything that makes your pets so special and unique. Our goal is to set up a Customized Care Plan so we follow your pets' daily routine as closely as possible while you are away.

The Meet and Greet also gives us the opportunity to get to know how we can best support you while you are away. Please let your sitter know your texting or emailing preferences. Would you like a text or email with a picture of your furry babies once a day? More frequently? Less frequently?  Just let us know what works best for you.

We will also ask you if you want us to pick up your mail, newspaper, water plants, alternate lights, take out trash/recycle bins, etc. (all at no additional charge). We will try to help out with any additional requests you might have.

Additionally, the key exchange typically takes place during the Meet and Greet.  Most of our clients prefer for us to keep their key securely on file. This allows us to fulfill future reservations with little notice.  If you would like us to pick-up and drop-off your key each time you travel, that works for us, too. Please note there is a fee of $10 per trip to compensate for gas and travel time. 

Step 4 – It’s time to set up your appointment.

For your convenience, we offer a very user-friendly and secure online scheduling system. Appointments for pet sitting are easily created after registering. To watch a video with step-by-step instructions, click here.

Step 5 – You will receive confirmation of service.

After you have registered and set up an appointment for service, we will personally review the appointment and send you a confirmation email listing the dates and times scheduled. It is important that you look over the confirmation to make sure that the start and end dates and times of the visits are correct. The confirmation email will be sent as soon as the appointment is approved. If you haven't received the confirmation within 48 hours of departure, please call us at 512-484-5570 to confirm.

Step 6 – Payment after pampering.

Your trust is of the utmost importance to us, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service! We believe that you should pay after services are rendered, so you can to see how happy and content your pets are. If there is anything we can do to improve your pets’ experience, please give us a call or contact us.

You will receive an emailed invoice after you return, which will allow you to pay online.  If you prefer to mail a check to Wagg'nPurr, let your sitter know and we'll leave a stamped envelope at the last visit with your pets. Payment is due upon receipt.

Step 7 - Repeat Customer Reservations.

With one quick log-in, any time of day or night, you can create and schedule service appointments. To schedule online, appointments need to be created at least 36 hours in advance.
