This is the best pet sitter in the city, county and state as far as I am concerned. They love the pets they care for and always do the best they can for the "parents". I couldn't be happier with the service Wagg'n Purr provides!! I have two dogs and two cats. The cats tend to stress out when we are away from home but upon our return and the staff has been by the house to tend to them they are so content it's hard to tell we've been away. They are super relaxed and super happy. Plus they get fun toys to play with. The dogs love the attention they receive too. And I don't feel so guilty for leaving them because we get daily texts and updates which helps me know they are being cared for. Would definitely recommend Wagg'n Purr and I will use them anytime we are in need.

Thank you so much for always being so flexible and willing to help us with Cobalt when Larry has to travel for business. When school started back this year I was worried about leaving Cobalt outside in the mornings in this terrible heat (being a Great Dane has it's disadvantages). I would ask you guys to text me just so that I could relax and rest easy knowing he was inside. That was so nice of you to do that for us. I could rest easy.

Joanna really had the personal touch we were looking for to take care of our 3 dogs, 2 fish and 1 cat. She's not just a pet sitter either. Joanna is the best! We were really worried about leaving our geriatric dog, Halita, with someone, but we knew we had to. We were the host and organizers of Family Reunion in Brownsville and knew with our 100 degrees temperatures we could not take Halita with us and leave her in our vehicle or at the hotel due to her special needs. Joanna would text us throughout the day with her visits and a photo which made us feel like we were right there the whole time. It gave us the piece of mind that our Halita was in good hands. Joanna is a special person with lots of patience because not everybody can deal with changing a dog's diaper and getting them outside with assistance. Joanna has a special touch that made Halita and us feel her love. We highly recommend her again.

Love, Love, Love Joanna. From the first conversation I had with her on the phone I just knew she'd be watching our dog Niko within maybe 30 seconds of talking with her. Ha! She's always very easy to contact and really listens to all of your concerns and makes you feel more at ease. My dog loved her instantly. Well it was either her or the treats she had in her pockets that he was loving. Hee Hee.. Yes it's also true that she leaves presents for the 4 legged and 2 legged types. Try her out and you'll be thrilled.

When I decided to take my "second retirement" from the pet sitting business I started in 2007, I really did not know what to do - I did not want to leave my wonderful and loyal clients and friends-especially the furry four-legged ones "high and dry". So professional, yet so warm, my cat (who doesn't like just anyone) was immediately drawn to her. While we were on vacation I got daily text and picture message updates.
