Appointment Policy
1: Schedule Requests: New sit requests can be entered through your online account by logging in and scheduling up to 36 hours prior to the start of service. Please contact us, if you need to schedule within 36 hours of service.
2: Schedule Cancellations: Cancellation can be completed through your online account prior to 36 hours before service. Please contact us if you need to cancel within 36 hours of service.
3: Recurring schedules: These are automatically created in our system two weeks in advance and will be sent as an invoice to the email address in your account. Please let us know of any known dates you won't need us, so we may adjust them in our system. If you would prefer, you may also go into the system and update your own appointment at this time.
4: Holidays: Although we try to staff to be able to accommodate all requests, we accept appointments on a first-come-first-service basis and recommend you book with us for holidays as soon as possible. If you are on a recurring schedule, we assume you need us on a holiday, unless directed otherwise.
5: Time Blocks: All visits are scheduled within one of five time blocks. This provides us a slightly flexible schedule so that they may deal with any unexpected happenings during the day (such as potty training messes, etc) and still visit all pets on a timely basis.
